Something that works well for me is to plan on planning. Every night around the same time I review what I've done or not done that day and make plans for the next day!

I'm very sporadic about this, but sometimes I actually count how many goals I've set for the day and compare it to the number I've achieved at the end of the day. It gives me a little extra motivation to actually get everything done and gives me a clear idea of how productive I'm being.

ReplyDeleteLong-term goals are key!!! My daily plans are just a crazy-specific break-down of long term goals I've set.
